Step-by-step procedure
Client submits a ‘Pay-per-use’ consultation appointment request via our online form (Request a consultation). Alternatively, the client is welcome to contact us for more information
CanSummit advises regarding availability and applicable consulting fee: We will advise the client regarding our availability during the requested time or provide alternate suggestions as needed. We will also advise re: applicable consulting fee for the requested appointment duration.
Client secures their appointment: The client secures their appointment by pre-authorizing us to charge their payment method e.g. credit card or debit card for the applicable consulting fee. Alternatively, the client can provide an advance deposit for this same amount. In case of a pre-authorization, as this is just a temporary "hold" on the funds, no funds will actually be withdrawn from client’s payment card account at this stage.
CanSummit confirms the appointment: We send a consultation meeting confirmation to the client
Appointment completion: The client meets with us as per their scheduled consulting appointment
Billing & Payment: Client is billed for the actual minutes used and payment is processed using client’s pre-authorized payment method or advance deposit. Any unused amount from the pre-authorization or advance deposit is released back to client’s account
